Nobbla is undoubtedly a sadistic lunatic, using his chainsaw to foul downed opponents in the most blatant manner possible. Scrappa is considered quite clever for a Goblin, using his fancy pogo stick to leap high into the air and snatch a tossed ball right out of the air.
